USL wins the Presidency CJ in 36 counties

USL won 49,80 per cent of the votes validly cast for Councils, PDL -15,29 per cent and PPDD – 8,96 per cent , after pooling the results of those 16.910 polling stations in the country, according to final results published on Friday, by the Central Electoral Bureau(BEC).

Thus, after pooling the results of all polling stations in the counties, USL has received 4.437.985 votes, PDL has received 1.362.797 votes, and the Party People-Dan Diaconescu has received 798.583 votes.

BEC reads that turnout, according to final results, was 57,46 per cent.

At the local elections in 2008, at the first ballot, turnout was 49,35 per cent.

At the local elections in 2008, PDL had obtained 28,17 per cent by number of votes granted to advisers at national level while PSD obtained but a number approximately equal, the percentage won being of 28.06.

PNL, now located in the LSU, has obtained 19,80 per cent from the number of votes for the General Councils.

USL get most of the local councilor mandates

USL won most of the seats of the local councilors, respectively 13.148 (32,68 per cent ), after the collection of votes from 3.184 local constituencies according to final results made public.

PDL won, following Sunday's elections a number of 6.354 mandates (15,79 per cent ), PSD 4.110 mandates (10,21 per cent )where they proposed individually candidates, not under the USL logo.

These data do not include results for the two local Councils- from Curcani (Călărași) and Mangalia (Constanța) –where the local Council elections were cancelled for fraud and the ballot will be repeated on Sunday, 24 June.

USL dominates also the number of mandates of Mayor

USL won at the election from Sunday the most primary mandates assigned, i.e., 41,57 per cent followed by PDL-15,66 per cent and PSD-11,88 per cent , after pooling the results of 3.181 constituencies according to the final results made public, Friday, by BEC.

USL received 1.322 mandates, PDL -498 seats, PSD-378 seats.

These data do not include results of voting for the election of the Mayor of six localities: Mireşu Mare (Maramureş), where the first two candidates met an equal number of votes and will hold a second ballot, and Moeciu (Braşov), Răsmireşti (Teleorman), Târnova (Arad), Curcani (Călăraşi) and Mangalia (Constanţa), where the elections were annulled on grounds of fraud elections and the ballot will repeat.

USL has 36 Chairman seats of the County Council

LSU won most seats as President of the County Council, respectively 36 (87,80 per cent ) followed by HDUR with two mandates (4,87 per cent )in the counties of Harghita and Covasna, according to final results of the Sunday's ballot for the election of local public administration authorities, submitted on Friday, by BEC.

One term as a President of the County Council have won PDL , The Electoral Alliance People's Liberal Progressive European, Liberal Christian movement, in Neamţ County, where the Chairman of the County Council will be Culiţă Tărâţă and LDP, in Alba County, and elected Ion Dumitrel, representing 2,43 per cent of total seats.

Following the elections on Sunday were attributed, a total of 41 seats in the County Council President.

The accorded mandates in 2008 when it voted in two rounds, the Presidents of the county councils in 2008 were distributed as follows: the leadership of the PSD-17 counties, PDL-14 counties, PNL- 5 counties, and UDMR get 4 counties President CJ.

Democratic Forum of Germans, with only 0.69 per cent of the votes cast at the national level to adviser managed to obtain, in 2008, the County Council Presidency Sibiu.

County Councils Presidents choice validation shall be made within 20 days of the date of elections, the financial agent, being forced in 15 days after the election, to submit a detailed report of earnings and electoral expenditure.

Local councils elected on 10 June shall be made within 20 days of the date of the vote, after the submission of a report on electoral expenditure and revenue, the convening of the Councilors declared elected, made by the prefect.
