Turkish ship with illegal migrants has been found in the territorial waters of Romania.

A Turkish ship with about 60 clandestine migrants aboard, that has been detected at a distance of 35 kilometers from Constanța, in the direction of Eforie, has reached the passenger berth of Constanța Harbor.
The vessel was escorted by two Coast Guard ships and a rescue ship at sea.
Due to bad weather conditions, people in the boat asked for help from a commercial ship in the area, as well as from the Romanian authorities.
After the preliminary assessment of their state of health and the provision of specialized medical assistance, specific procedures will be carried out in terms of migrants' identification.
Romanian Border Police will start investigations under the coordination of prosecutors within the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Constanța Court of Appeal.
