"Three million people will receive social vouchers every 3 months"

Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca said today that the government will approve, by an emergency ordinance, the granting of vouchers to citizens in need, in order for them to benefit from a hot meal or to buy food, stating that the measure comes in support of three million people.

Nicolae CIuca also specified that the measure is part of the economic-social package "Support for Romania".
