Daniel Negu - We want to convince young people to stay in the country, says the Minister of Labor, Marius Budai. Present on Friday at the Botosani Job Exchange, he spoke about their career orientation and the need to acquire increased skills that can facilitate access to the labor market. In his opinion, the large labor force deficit can be reduced through a partnership between the school and the business environment.

Minister of Labor - Marius Budai: Working conditions have changed a lot and improved a lot thanks to technological advancement. Those working conditions require high skills lately. We put education, work, employers, employees, children, parents at the same table. Perhaps you are asking me why even 7th and 8th graders participate in these career guidance fairs? Because there I also invited technological high schools, dual education, and technological universities. I believe that career guidance is as important as possible for our children, to happen as early as possible. I also requested the Ministry of Education, but also employers such as universities, technological high schools, dual education to go as much as possible to businesses to see the young person and have an idea of what happens at the workplace when they finish school.
