The Supreme Council of Country’s Defense will meet on Tuesday, August 1st

The Supreme Council of Country’s Defense (CSAT) will meet on Tuesday, August 1st, at the Cotroceni Palace, for the presentation of the Army Endowment Plan for 2017-2026.

The plan will implement the commitment made by all political parties in 2015 to allocate 2% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to the Defense sector for the next 10 years.

At the previous CSAT meeting on 4 July, the Army's Endowment Plan was withdrawn from the agenda, in order to be amended in line with the allocation of 2% of GDP for the Defense.
