The second phase of relaxation measures enter into force today. Thus, the outdoor terraces and beaches are reopened. Transport and sports competitions are resumed too.

However, all these activities will be carried out in strict hygiene conditions, keeping the distance between people. Also today, employees and employers have support measures available to resume work.

Starting today, employers who decide to work until the end of the year, for an indefinite period and full time, people who have already turned 50 will receive 50% of the employee's salary per month, but not more than 2.500 lei.

The government has decided to benefit from the same facility those who employ young people aged between 16 and 29.

On the other hand, technical unemployment will continue to be maintained for those areas of activity in which restrictions to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic are kept in place.

The executive also established that employees who have benefited from technical unemployment and who return to work should receive for three months, through the employer, 41.5% of the basic salary.

Also today, we will be able to start traveling without any restrictions outside the city or the metropolitan area. At the same time, several bans in the field of sports, concerts and shows are being lifted.

The necessary conditions for the access of people in restaurants and on the beach were also established.
