RADIO ROMANIA NEWS - The PNL leadership had a first coordination meeting today with the liberal ministers from the Ciolacu cabinet. These meetings will take place weekly, PNL leader Nicolae Ciuca wrote on Facebook. Today's meeting of the liberal leadership also took place in the context in which a PNL parliamentarian accused yesterday the social-democratic prime minister of having refused the appointment of the general secretary of the government proposed by the liberals. Deputy Pavel Popescu stated that PSD's refusal to appoint Mircea Abrudean to the position of general secretary of the government represents a serious violation of the protocol between PNL and PSD. The subject was not commented on by the PNL leader, but the first vice-president of the party, Rares Bogdan, confirmed that the topic was discussed in today's meeting.
