The online platform for buying train tickets in the integrated system has started functioning

RADIO ROMANIA NEWS – The online platform for buying train tickets in an integrated system started operating today, i.e. a single counter where tickets can be reserved and purchased, regardless of the railway company. For now, only two operators have registered in the system: CFR Calatori, state-owned, and Transferoviar, private, but in the future the IT platforms of the other companies present in Romania will also be integrated. The one-stop shop can be found at bilete.info-fer.ro and it is in continuous development, which involves changes, adaptations or improvements to the system, so those who develop this tool, the Railway Reform Authority and the Railway Informatics Society, appeal for patience from the public, but also for involvement, by constructively reporting any operational problem, with a message to the email address: office@arf.gov.ro
