The works to modernize the hold baggage processing equipment on the arrivals flow of the Henri Coanda International Airport Bucharest have been completed.
After an investment of 3.2 million euros, an additional capacity of 20% was obtained and a substantial reduction in the waiting time for baggage arrival - reports Bucharest Airports National Company.
The replacement works took place in stages and lasted half a year. They were scheduled in the off-season, so that the temporary reduction in processing capacity has minimal impact on the waiting time for baggage recovery.
