The Ministry of National Defense moves Patriot systems to Capu Midia for an exercise

The 74th Patriot Regiment "Mihai Bravu" is moving personnel and equipment to the Capu Midia ground-to-air firing range, to participate in an exercise planned a year before, informs the Ministry of National Defense, reports Agerpres.
According to a press release sent on Thursday, November 2, it is the first tactical exercise with troops and real F.A. PATRIOT SPARK 23.11 firing.
"This exercise takes place between 02-17 November, with the aim of validating and verifying the operation of the first Patriot surface-to-air missile system supplied to the Romanian Air Force in 2020, as well as preparation in order to increase the operational capacity", states the quoted source.
The personnel and equipment of the 74th Regiment will be moved to Capu Midia starting on November 3.
