The Ministry of Health approved the post-COVID-19 recovery protocol

Patients who had COVID-19, especially those who have suffered from severe forms of the virus, will be able to benefit from physical recovery and regular check-ups.
The new Minister of Health, Ioana Mihaila, signed today the order approving the Protocol of Physical Medicine and Post-COVID-19 Rehabilitation.
The virus can affect several organs and can leave respiratory, cardiac, neurological, musculoskeletal and psychological sequelae.
The effects of the disease can extend over varying periods of time, affecting patients' quality of life.
