The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Luminita Odobescu, participates in the meeting of heads of diplomacy from EU member states

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Luminita Odobescu, is participating today in the meeting of the heads of diplomacy from the member states of the European Union, the Foreign Affairs Council, which will take place in Luxembourg.

The agenda of the meeting includes discussions regarding the situation in Israel and in the region following the terrorist attacks of the Hamas group, Russia's aggression against Ukraine and Armenia-Azerbaijan relations.

The Foreign Ministers of the European Union will address the impact of the situation in Israel on regional dynamics, the recent developments in Ukraine and the security commitments of the European Union for this country in the long term.

The exchange of views on Armenia-Azerbaijan relations will aim at agreeing a common approach of the Union regarding support measures for Armenia and the continuation of mediation actions and facilitating dialogue between the parties, in order to support the peace process between the two countries.
