The mask becomes mandatory outdoors from August 1 in Prahova County.
The County Committee for Emergency Situations established today that the measure will be applied in markets, fairs, bus stations, railway platforms, areas where public celebrations or pilgrimages take place and outside tourist objectives, between 7:00-11:00 and 15:00-23:00, except for children under 5 years old.
Prahova is the eighth county that establishes the obligation to use a protective mask outdoors.
The measure is already being applied in Iasi, Arges and Dambovita, and from Saturday morning it will also enter into force in Constanta, Brasov, Valcea and Galati.
