The gross minimum basic salary guaranteed in payment will increase from January 1

The gross minimum basic salary guaranteed in payment will increase from January 1 next year to 3.000 lei, of which 200 lei are deductible.

This change represents an increase of 17.6%, which in absolute value means 450 lei, in net value the salary is 1.863 lei, the increase being 339 lei, and the increase net of 22.2 percent.

In the construction sector, the minimum wage increases from 3.000 to 4.000 lei.

Also from January 1, the gross salary in the budget sector will increase by 10 percent, but the level of monthly allowances for positions of public dignity and positions assimilated to them is maintained at the value of December 2022.
