The government will adopt the new values of the minimum wage in construction and in the agriculture-food industry

The new values of the minimum wage in construction - 4.582 lei - and for agriculture-food industry - 3.436 lei - are to be adopted by the Government, in an extraordinary meeting.
The decision was agreed following discussions with the representatives of the unions and employers.
The law with fiscal-budgetary measures, which applies starting November 1, eliminates the exemption from paying health insurance for these employees, and the increase is necessary so that employees in these fields do not have to lose in salary, as stated by the prime minister.
