The government wants to move the activity of 30 public institutions online to reduce bureaucracy.
Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu set the date of October 30 for the ministries to present the institutions that will give up their activities at the counters.
The Minister of Digitization, Bogdan Ivan:
Bogdan Ivan: An important priority is related to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, everything that means life events related to birth documents, marriage, divorce, car registration certificate, license, bulletin, passport, the area of relationship with the Ministry of Labor, where we are talking about the direct, up-to-date assessment of everything that means contributions from each person for the national pension system and everything that means a form that today is only submitted in physical format, will be able to be submitted online.
Minister Bogdan Ivan also said that over 520 million euros will be used for this stage of the digitization of state institutions.
