The first 720 volunteer students were assigned in 25 counties

The Department for Emergency Situations announced that yesterday the first distribution orders were signed for volunteer students who will join the medical staff directly involved in the care of patients with COVID-19, based on the provisions of the recent emergency ordinance issued by the Government.
With the support of the National Council of Rectors and the management of universities and medical schools, in the last six days since the approval of the ordinance almost two thousand students have voluntarily enrolled, of which 720 were assigned in 25 counties in the first wave.
