The draft law on the protection order, in public debate

The Ministry of Justice puts into public debate the draft law on the protection order, a normative act that extends the application of an already existing legal instrument to protect all victims of acts of violence.

According to the proposals, the order would also be issued in cases of violence outside families or cohabiting relationships.

The project was developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and starts from the idea that the state is obliged to offer the same degree of protection for its citizens in the face of various forms of aggression.
