The deputy mandate of Sergiu Andon, erected by the plenary
Chamber of Deputies approved the cessation of deputy mandate of Sergiu Andon. ANI found an incompatibility in the exercise of the profession of lawyer.

In the Chamber of Deputies was decided to cease the deputy membership of Sergiu Andon and formulation of requests is expected to start penal prosecution in the case of the deputies Laszlo Borbely and Victor Paul Dobre.
The legal Commission of the Chamber of Deputies has recommended the plenum for improving the quality of MP for Sergiu Andon, charged with granting of legal aid to a person accused by fraud . For the other two members, the Commission has expressed against lifting the quality of parliamentary and commencement of prosecution.
Former Minister of Environment, the Democratic Union of Hungarians deputy Laszlo Borbely is accused by prosecutors of influence trafficking and false in asset statements .
Former Minister Delegate for Administration, the liberal Victor Paul Dobre is accused has made an address to the Constitutional Court to clarify that MAI cannot assume the number of voters for the referendum of dismissal of President Traian Basescu.
