The American cruiser USS Vella Gulf arrived in Constanta
This is the fourth American warship which arrives in Romanian teritorial waters since the crisis in Ukraine began.

The American cruiser USS Vella Gulf arrived, yesterday in Constanta port, where it will remain until Friday.
With a length of about 180 meters and with nearly 400 people on board, the cruiser will participate in several exercises, together with NATO allies.
Tomorrow, the vessel will be visited by the American Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel and his Romanian counterpart, Mircea Dusa.
