SPIKE Anti-Tank System to be tested at Cincu
System’s capabilities and its fire power will be tested through several firing sessions.

Reception, testing and operational evaluation of the portable anti-tank SPIKE-LR system will take place on Wednesday, November 29th, at Cincu National Training Center, Braşov County. The SPIKE-LR system is part of the procurement program committed by the Romanian Land Forces.
The system’s capabilities during certain operational battlefield scenarios and its fire power will be tested through several firing sessions during day and night time.
According to the Romanian Ministry of Defense, the Portable Anti-tank SIKE-LR Procurement Program will be run through 2017 – 2019 and will equip the infantry, reconnaissance and mountain troop brigades as well as the artillery regiments of the Romanian Land Forces.
