Special fund for certain cities in the Republic of Moldova

Romania will create a special fund for sister cities of the Republic of Moldova and Romania, announced, at a press conference in Chisinau, the senator elected in the constituency for Romanians residing abroad, Viorel Badea.
According to Radio Chisinau, he said that a legislative initiative is being developed in this regard, which will benefit the twinned cities and will help the communities of the Republic of Moldova to create a more favorable context for a better life.
Viorel Badea also announced the intention of the Culture Commission of the Romanian Senate to provide support for the development of Romanian media institutions, TVR Moldova and Radio Romania Chisinau.
