Romanian tennis player, Simona Halep, managed to win, in the last two months and a half, four tours from the feminine professional tour, the last one being on Saturday, at New Haven (USA), success that propels her on the 19

“It was an incredible game”, stated Simona Halep after the obvious victory from the finale with Petra Kvitova, in front of whom she imposed herself in two sets, 6-2, 6-2.

“I am very happy and I feel fine. I’m in a good period. I played a nice game today and I enjoyed every moment”, added the representative of our country, according to Agerpres.

She will be rewarded with a check with 117,000 dollars for this success.

Aged 21 years old, Simona Halep needed only one hour and seven minutes to pass Kvittova, the winner of Connecticut tour in 2012.

Simona Halep will participate, starting Monday, at the USA Open, the last tour on Grand Slam of the year, where she also wishes to make a nice move, especially because the game will be played on the same surface as at New Haven.

"I think I will play a nice game there. I just want to be relaxed, because I have a good feeling now. It is a good moment for me and I want to live these great moments”, also said the player, who will have as opponent in the first tour the British Heater Watson.
