Section 3 of Lugoj-Deva A-1 Motorway has opened on Monday, but with restrictions for trucks and speed limited to 80 kilometers per hour - or even 60 in the areas with bridges.
Third section of the Lugoj-Deva highway (21 km) links Ilia and Holdea. Trucks with tonnage of over 7.5 are banned. Vehicles must not exceed 80kmph.
