The capital and 15 counties are in the red scenario, with the incidence of COVID cases at 14 days of over 3 per thousand inhabitants. The highest is in Cluj County: 8.37. However, schools began the second semester on Monday, with physical presence throughout the country.
From now on, online courses will only be held when 75% of hospital beds for COVID patients are occupied in a county.
