Rovana Lead's candidacy for the post of European Commissioner for Transport has been rejected by the Legal Commission of the European Parliament, announces MEP Siegfried Mureşan.
He wrote on Facebook that six MEPs voted in favor of Rovana Plumb, and 15 were against her.
MEP Siegfried Mureşan (PNL) reminds that without the opinion of the European Parliament’s Legal Commission (JURI), Plumb’s hearing in the European Parliament’s Transport Commission cannot take place.
