Referendum to amend the Romanian Constitution and redefine the family may take place on September 30 or on the first Sunday in October, announced Head of the Social-Democratic Party, President of the Romanian Chamber of Deputies, Liviu Dragnea.
According to Dragnea, preparations are heading to the final stage. Talks with the executive will soon take place to set the budget for organizing the elections.
