RADIO ROMANIA NEWS: Romanian doctors are attracted to clinics abroad, with salaries of up to 10.000 euros per month, according to a statement from a recruitment platform.

What the most sought-after specializations are and what other advantages those who respond to the offer have, we learn from Mihaela Dragomir: "Hospitals and clinics abroad know that Romanian doctors are very well trained, and this determines them to look for staff in our country, and many doctors opt for a service abroad from the end of the faculty. Currently, on the recruitment platform there are a total of over 3.000 ads for jobs in the health field. Of these, five percent are opportunities for Romanian doctors to work in other countries with benefit packages of up to 10.000 euros. The most sought-after medical specializations for which employers offer between 6.000 and 10.000 are family medicine, gynecology, dermatology, oncology, dentistry and surgery. On top of the big salary, offers include a guaranteed patient base, relocation support and a work environment with various specializations. in our country, most ads on the recruitment platform come from France, Sweden, the Netherlands and Belgium. In Romania, too, there are places where Romanians can earn salaries of 6.000 euros. These include IT Telecom, management and engineering - show the data from the platform."
