Yesterday, Romania has exceeded 6 million people vaccinated against COVID-19 with a complete scheme.
The pace of the national immunization campaign has risen significantly in recent days, with daily figures at least double what they were a week ago - a new record of newly vaccinated people being set in 24 hours : more than 111.000.
More than half chose the single-dose serum from Johnson & Johnson. A new batch of this vaccine will be received today: almost 800.000 doses will reach the National Storage Center in Bucharest.
