Romania has adopted a position on Syria
The Declaration says that the international norm against the use of chemical weapons is universal and condemns the chemical attack in Damascus.

The Romanian President Traian Băsescu has said that yesterday Romania adopted a position on Syria.
Mr. Bǎsescu has added that it is a political commitment for Romania, which joins the declaration made by 11 nations at the G-20 Summit in Sankt Petersburg.
The Declaration says that the international norm against the use of chemical weapons is universal and condemns the chemical attack in Damascus.
