Romania is a Guest of Honor at the Beijing International Book Fair, which takes place these days. Romania is represented by over 600 titles and 40 writers.
Interim President of the Romanian Cultural Institute, Mirel Taloş, noted the anniversary moment in which this year's fair takes place, when 70 years of Romanian-Chinese diplomatic relations are being celebrated.
Among events from the Romanian pavilion was presentation of the book "Romanian art from origins to the present", by Vasile Florea.
Romanian author Aura Christi launched her book "The Genius of the Heart" in Chinese, according to RRA Reporter Mihaela Helmis.
