Return of the Knights
For the first time, in Sighisoara Medieval Festival, 13 chivalry orders are going to fight on the city streets.

"The return of the Knights" is the eighteenth edition of the Sighisoara Medieval Festival.
This year, the Festival will start friday with a big parade of knights and gentleman, minstrels and drummers, standard-bearers and buffoons.
For the first time in the history of the Festival, 13 chivalry orders from Romania and from other countries, are going to fight on the city streets.
Tales will be told, and battles will be lost on this edition of the Sighisoara Medieval Festival.
Other interesting moments will be the hanging of horse thiefs, burning the witch, burning the lost hero and archery schools.
Also some moments of dance are planned in the event.
The Medieval Festival is part of a series of documentaries entitled "The most beautiful festivals in the world", made by International Production Video production company in Brescia, Italy, which this year will send a team to Sighisoara.
