Rains weaken in intensity but remains the flood code
Hydrologists issued new codes of flooding. By Wednesday at 10 is orange code on Black River cod and on the middle of Olt and yellow code on the tributaries’ Olt.

Hydrologists have issued new codes of flooding.
Until Wednesday at 10 is orange code on Black River – in Covasna County and on the middle course of Olt in Harghita , Covasna and Braşov counties.
Hydrologists have also set yellow code on the rivers in Trotuș hydrographic basins in Harghita and Bacău counties , Putna and Râmnicu Sarat- in Vrancea County, on the rivers Bârlad and Buzău, but also on the tributaries’ upper and middle Olt .
Rainfall in recent days have created problems, especially in the counties of Buzău Vrancea and Bacău. In several villages on Valea Zăbalei has set the State of alert, after the River exceeded flood elevation.
Both in Buzău and Vrancea counties it has stopped raining, but in daylight will be made concrete centralizations of the effects of abundant rainfalls in recent days.
Anyway, the water flow rates are diminishing. The most difficult situation remains on the Zăbala River in Vrancea County, stream that gives fear of inhabitants of five villages in Vrancea county.
People say that it rained so much that the land is a wet sponge.
They fear for their homes also because mountain springs, which now are bigger.
Alert is set up on Valea Zăbalei , and today those 8.5 kilometres of road destroyed by waters will start the emergency repair works. In Vrancea are still isolated villages and hamlets in the various municipalities.
In Buzău there is a similar situation on Valea Slănicului, the main tributary of Buzău River, that made damage in five municipalities.
On several sections are running on one side, and in the commune of Lopătari are isolated two villages and the communal road is totally destroyed over a length of 60 meters.
Problems are also in Covasna County, where Black River has outpaced flood shares in two localities.
Two roads, DN 11 B and DJ 121, are closed on the imminent danger that waters flood the roads.
Black River and Râmnicu Sărat, Putna and their tributaries are until 10: 00 under orange code of flood, and several rivers in Central, Eastern and South-East of the country are under yellow code.
