Rain, sleet and snow by the weekend
A mix of rain, sleet and snow is in store for the end of the week, according to the meteorologists. The wind will have local intensification, especially in the Western Plain, Moldova and Dobrogea.

The meteorologists issued a special weather statement.
The statement will be in effect until Sunday at 08.00.
During the mentioned period, there will be mixed rainfall in the Intra-Carpathian regions.
The quantity of water will locally exceed 15 litres per square metre and, in smaller areas 20 litres per square metre, especially in the mountain region.
The wind will intensify in certain areas, especially in the Western Plain, Moldova and Dobrogea.
It will blow hard in the mountains, with a speed that will exceed 90 km/h.
For Sunday a limited rainfall is expected, but the temperature will go down in the country.
