Princess Margareta and Prince Radu received by King Felipe of Spain

Custodian of the Romanian Crown, Princess Margareta, and Prince Radu were received today at the Zarzuela Palace in Madrid by King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain, Romanian Royal Family informs.

Custodian of the Romanian Crown, Princess Margareta, and Prince Radu were received today at the Zarzuela Palace in Madrid by King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain, Romanian Royal Family informs.

According to the quoted source, the Spanish sovereigns offered a lunch to the Romanian royal couple, on the occasion of their visit to the Kingdom of Spain. King Juan Carlos I and Queen Sofia were also present.

During the visit to the Kingdom of Spain, Prince Radu delivered a speech at the Madrid 2018 Book Fair hosted in the Retiro Park in the center of the Spanish capital. Romania is the Guest Country this year.

Same source states that, accompanied by journalist and historian Filip Iorga, Prince Radu spoke at the Romanian pavilion about the role of the royal family in the Romanian society today.

At the end of the conference, which enjoyed a large audience, Prince Radu visited the Romanian book stand and gave autographs.
