In Iasi, the largest information technology center in the country was inaugurated today.

Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca, present at the event, appreciated the development potential of the area and invited businessmen to continue investing.

Moldova has a very large potential, which allows business opportunities, stated today, in Iasi, Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca, where he participated in the inauguration of the largest IT center in the country, a center that hosts 13 multinational companies, practically an investment with a value of 120 million euros and which also means more than 5.000 new jobs. In this context, the head of the executive invited the businessmen to see the projects and programs that are registered in different funding lines, whether we are talking about European funds or about national funds.

Nicolae Ciuca: It will be a hub where the future digitization projects of everything that means public services for citizens, local administration, the connection with the central administration, the connection, here, of the business environment of Iasi with other 70 countries on the four continents. It is absolutely remarkable what we can do when we think in the future and when we use human resources, creativity, innovation and, last but not least, the will to do something for the local community, for the country.

On the other hand, the prime minister believes that a better connection is needed between educational institutions, including university education, and the demands of the business environment, of companies, so that there are concrete solutions and answers to the demands of the current market.
