The reorganization of the budget system will be done in record time, Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu assures. This is how he responded to the media, who asked him why he postponed this action by six months.
Marcel Ciolacu: I don't think I could, within 3 weeks, finish the reorganization of the budget system, something that hasn't been done for 30 years. Instead, I promised very clearly that I would start this year. I have a promise with the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Agriculture. At the Ministry of Finance alone, there were 186 normative acts approved. I had to make an internal administrative organization of the Government. You will see and you will be pleasantly surprised, from my point of view. This reorganization will be done in record time.
Asked what he will do with the state institutions that use this respite to make changes in the organizational chart just to beautify the reorganization, the prime minister replied that they will not have time to act.
