Prime Minister Ciuca participates in an important event at Air Base 57

Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca participates today at the presentation ceremony of the battle flag of the American unit in the 57th "Mihail Kogalniceanu" Air Base, in Constanta county.
Forces of the 2nd Combat Team Brigade, being part of the 101st American Airborne Division deployed in Romania after the Madrid summit, are conducting a demonstration exercise alongside soldiers of the 9th "Marasesti" Mechanized Brigade.
On this occasion, a technical exhibition is also organized, which includes attack helicopters, tanks, armored amphibious transporters, artillery and anti-aircraft elements, specific engineering and first aid equipment of the Romanian and American subunits participating in the exercise.
