President of Romania appoints Ludovic Orban to form the Government

President Klaus Iohannis has appointed, on Thursday, PNL President Ludovic Orban to form the new Romanian Government.
Orban led the Government for which this week Parliament withdrew its confidence, by voting on the censorship motion initiated by PSD and UDMR.
According to Constitution, Prime Minister appointed by President of Romania must form his Government team and propose a Government program.
