Over 300 trucks are being used these days to transport logistics for the preparation of the biggest Black Sea Festival, Neversea, scheduled for the end of this week.
For four days, during 7-9 July, there will be 150 artists, including well-known names of the international music industry, who will perform on seven stages. The festival is organized on Modern Beach in Constanța, where more than 150,000 spectators are expected.
Hundreds of policemen have been mobilized to ensure the event will take place safely.
In addition, there will be 300 security guards.
The Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU) in Dobrogea will install two mobile hospitals and four first aid points.
All the emergency rooms of all hospitals in Constanța, as well as in the county, will be open for medical support, if needed.
73 medical staff from the Emergency Unit of the County Clinical Hospital "Sf. Apostol Andrei" Constanța will provide medical assistance at the event. These are specialists and residents, nurses from the Emergency Unit, and volunteer students from the Faculty of Medicine. People on site who will need medical care will be treated in the four first aid tents and the two advanced medical posts that will function as mobile hospitals.
In order to avoid the occurrence of unpleasant events, it is forbidden to enter the perimeter of the festival with bulky luggage, drugs, bottles, lasers, bags, sprays, knives, weapons, blunt objects, pyrotechnics, food and beverages, animals, umbrellas (light-weight rain-jackets are recommended), flammable or explosive materials, professional photo or video cameras, including any type of DSLR device, any type of object that may harm other participants. Access is allowed with: purse (maximum allowed size 21cm x 29cm), medication, insulin, drops for medicinal use, inhalation spray for asthma. Any such products are permissible only if they are accompanied by a medical letter or any other document replacing it and a daily dose at most.
