Political Declaration in Support of the Territorial Integrity of Ukraine

The Senate and the Chamber of Deputies meet on March 1, at 12:00, in a joint session for the adoption of a political declaration in support of the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine - decided yesterday the reunited Permanent Bureaus of the two chambers.
The Romanian Intelligence Service (SRI) director, Eduard Hellvig, was invited yesterday to the Parliamentary Commission for the check-up of the SRI activity.
Presenting the conclusions of the discussions, the chairman of the commission, National Liberal Party senator, Cristian Chirtes, showed that Romania's security status in terms of SRI-related responsibilities is stable, but in the context of the crisis in Ukraine cyber attacks on critical infrastructures, ministries and agencies have increased, as well as espionage actions of some secret services hostile to Romania on the background of the deployment of NATO troops on national territory.
