"We are now searching for an amount of approximately 15 million euro. We try a formula that consider the mortgage of assets and their use and there are a number of serious offers from large companies in the chemical industry that have expressed their intention in writing to participate in the privatization of Oltchim", said the Minister of Economy.

"We, starting next week, will begin the dialogue with these companies, but in short time, we will present these offerings during a transparent privatization," said Varujan Vosganian.
