Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca claims that clarity is needed in applying the COVID green certificate to the workplace and that is why he discussed with the Minister of Health about the new version of this document.
Nicolae Ciuca: From the discussions I had with the Minister of Health, it is about introducing some timing elements that should be established according to the incidence indicators and in this way there would be a clarity in what its application means.

Nicolae Ciuca: This is exactly what we discussed and we asked the Minister to have this part of the certificate's applicability dependent on the incidence indicators, so as to not have a permanent one. I agree that Parliament should debate and choose the best option.
The leaders of the PSD, PNL, UDMR coalition also discussed the draft budget for next year, because they want the document to be voted by the Parliament before Christmas.
