Nicolae Ciuca asks the ministers to reach the targets set by the NRRP

RADIO ROMANIA NEWS - Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca asked the ministers to find solutions in order to reach the targets established by the National Recovery and Resilience Program in time, so that the second payment request could also be advanced.
The Head of the Executive recalled that Romania has already received 6.35 billion euros through this plan, designed as a crisis tool.
Yesterday, in the presence of the prime minister, 12 new contracts financed by the NRRP, and worth 1.4 billion lei, were signed, aimed at the energy renovation and consolidation of some public or residential buildings with seismic risk. Among the objectives assumed by Romania in the NRRP is the one related to special pensions, which must be regulated so that they are not higher than the salary, the social democrats said.
Moreover, a delegation of the European Commission was at the government for discussions regarding the targets assumed by Romania.
