New rules for those coming to Romania from the yellow zones

As of today, new rules come into force for those who come to Romania from countries in the yellow zone, ie where the infection rate is higher than here.
Those who cannot test negative for coronavirus are quarantined for 14 days. If they have such a test, issued no later than 72 hours in advance, they are quarantined for 10 days.
Some categories of employees are exempted from these rules: children up to three years old, but also people who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 with both doses for at least 10 days or those who can prove that they have already been infected in the last 90 days.
