New record for coronavirus infections in Romania. 1.713 new cases of COVID-19 were reported yesterday, after almost 26.000 tests performed.
This means a share of 6.6%.
Most new infections were registered in Bucharest - 211, followed by Cluj - 99 cases, and Suceava - 91.
49 deaths have also been reported, and 471 patients are now being admitted to Intensive Care Units.
Since the beginning of the epidemic, more than 107.000 infections have been confirmed in Romania, and 4.285 people have died.
