New conditions for entry into Bulgaria from 1 September

Romanians traveling to Bulgaria will have to present a European digital certificate from September 1, attesting to anti-COVID vaccination, having had the virus or testing negative for COVID-19.
Among the special categories of people exempted from the requirement to present these documents upon entry into Bulgaria are those transiting the country, provided that immediate departure is guaranteed, and children up to 12 years of age.
Romania has included Bulgaria on the yellow list since yesterday.
