NCES: The new list of countries at epidemiological risk

The National Committee for Emergency Situations has updated the list of countries with high epidemiological risk. Malta has entered the red zone due to the increase in incidence, and the Russian Federation, Serbia and Ukraine have reached the yellow zone due to the decrease in the number of Covid-19 cases.
The Republic of Moldova has been in the green zone since yesterday. The committee also approved new exceptions to the quarantine measure upon arrival in Romania until January 8 next year for certain categories of drivers.
These are drivers of freight vehicles up to 2.4 tonnes and passenger cars with more than nine seats, arriving from the Union and the European Economic Area.
