“The first deputy without anti-justice shield” writes Evenimentul Zilei about Mihai Boldea, in the case of whom the Chamber of Deputies has agreed, for the first time, to request the prosecutors to search his house, to retain him and even to arrest him.

The deputy is investigated by the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) for real estate scams within a document in which already were preventively arrested other 6 persons.

According to the newspaper, at the vote from the Chamber have participated also a few deputies of the opposition to assure the necessary majority.

From România Liberă we found that “the Parliamentarians run at Mayors and County Councils”.

The migration phenomenon about Senate and the Chamber of Deputies towards local institutions has recorded also in 2008, motivated then by the disappearing of the vote on lists.

The daily comments on the possible explanations of the phenomenon and estimates, based on the list of candidates published by the Social-Democratic Union (USL), that 36 of senators and deputies would be interested to enter in the course for locals.

Adevărul announces “Major changes on the lists of compensation”.

The publication explains: The Minister of Health will remove from the free lists and those of compensation more expensive drugs, as part of the revision process of the base medical services package that the insured persons have the right.

In this category will enter, among others, certain drugs for anemia or hepatitis.

In exchange, the treatments after chirurgical interventions at patients who had suffered a transplant will be free.

“Velvet Gipsy mafia leaves on the street the people who have cancer” reveals in exclusivity Jurnalul Naţional.

The daily sustains that the moral author of the incredible situation is the Mayor of Timişoara and specifies that the scandal is overlapped with the investigation, in the case of forgery of lands, of some sonorously names, among which they are functionaries and the mayor of the city.

It seems –states the author of the article –that some of them were involved also in the seizure of 6 historical houses from the Mihai Viteazul boulevard , as well as of an oncology section of the municipal hospital from Timişoara.

Details regarding the owner of the building, but also regarding the way in which he intentions to come into possession of this –you find within the pages of Jurnalul Naţional.
