National Press Review August 29

Articol de Alexandra Stoica, 29 August 2012, 14:34

In Romania, the number of abandoned children is 67, but the thousands that can be adopted is less than 1400. The bureaucracy is still too high.

"Discrimination in adoption," says EVENIMENTUL ZILEI. Romanians who want to adopt children complain that the changes made to the law on adoptions in April would be difficult. Especially those residing abroad are underperforming. It is sickening, consider journalists that these have no right to adopt unless for two years the child is not desirable in Romania.

We read today in JURNALUL NAȚIONAL about a "Disaster in Făgăraș Mountains. So the smart boys from Argeș have changed the course of the Capra River for the construction of nine small hydro ".

Natural watercourses are changed, beds-destroyed entirely by the excavators, massive deforestation, these things are illegal.

The business is profitable, but : from a small hydro you can easily remove a profit of 200 thousand euros per year, plus one million euros in green certificates, with the cost of the ecosystem destruction.

What is bleak we find out from ZIARUL FINANCIAR, "Finance Ministry acknowledges that the share of budgetary income decreases from 33.7 to 32.3 percent of GDP".

It means a loss of 2 billion euro for the budget. And here we read that "the stock market barely flickers, with transactions of one million euros a day ... resembles a freight-owned empty: without money and without goods ", writes the newspaper.

Brokers have failed in the past four years to convince any private company stock to make up. The BVB ambition since the beginning of the year was to become a major centre in the region, in competition with Poland.

And yet, even in crisis, who has a good idea can succeed. In ADEVĂRUL we find an interesting lesson in business: "success with an investment of 500 lei". A young woman of 27 years from a stable job and start a business that was not affected by the financial crisis.

Rompetrol File. "How escaped Dinu Patriciu for 20 years in prison ", we read in ROMÂNIA LIBERĂ. DIICOT prosecutors would not be able to provide evidence of any damage caused to the State.

In the same newspaper, we learn that "The trick that gets rid of ANAF ( National Agency of Fiscal Administration) the football patrons: officially, Gigi Becali or George Copos are not patrons.

They control the teams by loans ". If the shareholders are in view in the West, in the Mitică’s League's, so-called donors can go anytime to teams asking for amounts offered by loan and gets rid of ANAF , explains ROMÂNIA LIBERĂ.

JURNALUL NAȚIONAL NATIONAL publishes a manifesto on the front and on the last page: Romania to become parliamentary Republic in which the President can only have representation purposes only, without executive power.

The newspaper asks depoliticizing of Constitutional Court, the CSM, Prosecutor’s Office, DNA and depoliticizing of public media.

We conclude with ADEVĂRUL and "the story of Speedy, the kangaroo killed by strays". He had a tumultuous existence: came from the Netherlands, lived for a time in Suceava and ended at Ploiești Zoo, eaten by dogs. This has just come from a lack of staff, the holes in the fences, shelter dogs nearby and negligence.
